RRIMS is intended for reporting, tracking, verification, coordination, governance, and oversight of infrastructure issues and public works workflows in Nepal.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- Users must provide accurate registration information and maintain control of their registered mobile number.
- WhatsApp OTP verification may be required for account creation, login recovery, and password reset.
- Certain accounts may require administrative approval, geography assignment, or role validation before access is granted.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or malicious reports.
- Do not attempt to access data, roles, or functions beyond your authorization.
- Do not interfere with infrastructure operations, platform security, or system availability.
- Do not upload unlawful, dangerous, or rights-infringing content.
4. User Content
Users remain responsible for the content they submit, including reports, photos, videos, audio, comments, and location details. By submitting content to RRIMS, you allow authorized RRIMS operators and relevant authorities to use that content for service delivery, verification, audit, escalation, and public-interest administration.
5. Government and Administrative Controls
RRIMS administrators may approve, activate, suspend, deactivate, or limit accounts to protect service integrity, comply with law, or enforce operational policy. Access may be restricted by role, jurisdiction, geography, and security posture.
6. Availability and Changes
RRIMS may change features, workflows, verification channels, or supported integrations, including WhatsApp OTP, without prior notice when necessary for security, policy, or operational continuity.
7. Disclaimers
RRIMS is provided on an as-available basis. While the platform is intended to support timely public infrastructure response, RRIMS does not guarantee immediate repair, uninterrupted availability, or outcome certainty for every report.
8. Suspension and Termination
RRIMS may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security threats, false reporting, policy violations, or lawful direction. Submitted records may still be retained as required for public records, audit, legal, or safety reasons.
