User Data Deletion

Remote Resource and Infrastructure Monitoring System

RRIMS provides a review process for user account deletion and data deletion requests. Because RRIMS may be used for public-service, audit, or legal accountability purposes, not all submitted records can be removed immediately or in full.

How to Request Deletion

  • Email RRIMS support at [email protected].
  • Include your registered mobile number, username if known, and a brief deletion request.
  • If requested, complete identity verification through your registered mobile number or WhatsApp OTP.

What RRIMS Reviews

  • Whether the request is made by the account owner or an authorized representative.
  • Whether any data must be retained for active reports, public records, fraud prevention, audits, or legal compliance.
  • Whether account access should be disabled while retention-reviewed records remain preserved.

Possible Outcomes

  • Account deactivation and removal of non-required profile data.
  • Retention of mandatory service, report, audit, or legal records where deletion is not permitted.
  • Confirmation explaining what was deleted, what was retained, and why.

Response Time

RRIMS will review deletion requests as promptly as reasonably possible, subject to operational and legal requirements.
